Accordingly, the Intersec Forum will bundle its energies for the upcoming conference. "Given the event restrictions that remain in place, the focus will be on digital-only business meetings until the second quarter of 2021. The Intersec Forum will therefore take a break in March and return in 2022 for Light + Building with a comprehensive programme", said Iris Jeglitza-Moshage, Member of the Board of Management of Messe Frankfurt.
The Intersec Forum thus follows on from the successful conferences that have attracted a total of 1,300 participants over the years since 2016 with 170 experts from Germany, other European countries and the USA. The conference content covers all technical, legal, economic, regulatory and scientific aspects of the interconnecting building technology and security trades. The main focus is on the industry topics: IT and cyber security; standards and interoperability; smart access, video surveillance and access control; fire prevention; emergency lighting and voice alarms; industry dialogue planners and installers; building information modeling (BIM); emergency planning in buildings and infrastructures; intrusion protection and building operations; start-ups and young enterprises. The Intersec Forum's partner for conference planning is ZVEI-Services.
